After years hosting the festival in markets across the United States and Canada, Taste of Iceland made its Minneapolis debut in 2019. Field Guide worked closely with Iceland Naturally, the host organization, and local partners in the Twin Cities to develop a comprehensive promotion and PR plan to build excitement for a fantastic program of cultural events featuring some of the best names in Icelandic food, literature, music, and more.
